We realise that sometimes you change your mind after you've made a purchase.
If this happens we’ll need the product sent back to us in the original packaging, unopened and sealed. We will provide you with a store credit less the delivery fee and less a restocking fee – either 20% or $25 whichever is lower.
You must notify us that you've changed your mind within 28 days of placing your order.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept Change of Mind returns on Swimwear, Hosiery, Socks and Underwear.
Please see details below of how to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA). Please note that any returns sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Sign-in to MumGo and go to "My Account"
- Click on "My Orders" to see your purchase history
- Find the relevant order number and click on the "Request Return" button
- Fill in the returns form and click "Submit Request"
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your claim and respond.
Return postage will be at your expense so to save money and avoid these costs please consider alternatives prior to returning your goods, such as using them as a gift.
Refunds are only offered where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly advertised.
